Key Responsibilities:

Direct Support Professional (DSP): In this role, you will need to be compassionate and understanding towards the residents' disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to engage with residents in a manner that encourages their independence and productivity. Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, administering medications, and performing household tasks. DSPs are expected to promote participation in various activities and facilitate meaningful interactions between residents and the broader community.

Behavioral Support Professional: We seek candidates with experience managing challenging behaviors, both verbal and physical. You will provide assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those facing mental health, behavioral, or significant medical challenges. We are looking for staff who are patient, possess strong decision-making and crisis-management skills, and are not easily intimidated by challenging behaviors. Previous experience in IDD, mental health, psychiatric, or security fields is highly valued.

  • Compensation: $16.00-$17.50 per hour
  • Weekend shift differential: additional $2.00 per hour
  • $2,000 retention bonus available for select roles
  • Shifts available: First, second, third, part-time, full-time, and float

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is essential (this is a driving position; no non-driving roles are currently available).
  • Non-drivers are welcome to apply for future non-driving opportunities; please indicate your status in the application.
  • Candidates must be comfortable operating company vehicles to transport clients as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications and training (CBRF, CNA, CPR, etc.) are beneficial but not mandatory.
