Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Marketing & Sales Coordinator to drive our marketing efforts and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to promote our services and products across multiple social media platforms.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Organize internal marketing incentives and events to boost patient retention and engagement.
  • Spearhead community outreach initiatives, including trade shows, charity events, and festivals.
  • Assist with patient engagement, including online reviews and social media interactions.
  • Identify and analyze competitors and conceptualize marketing strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Develop relationships with practitioners across Long Island, educating them about our services and promoting referral relationships.
  • Track the progress of all promotional efforts with the Marketing Director.
  • Collaborate with other departments and office locations to manage company reputation and coordinate promotions.
Requirements
  • Must work at the Stony Brook office and travel to other office locations across Long Island as needed.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and business applications.
  • Proficient with Canva Pro and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Unmatched customer service skills and solid computer skills, including MS Office and Google Drive.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Must have a driver's license and car.
  • Highly motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven work experience as a marketing coordinator, sales coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • BS degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
