At MINACT, Inc, we are seeking an experienced Healthcare Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact in the field of healthcare education.
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role
- Coordinates programming and student enrollment with college partnerships.
- Develops linkages and partnerships with community organizations, businesses, schools, colleges, and volunteers for the vocational and academic department.
- Works closely with the Career Technical Training Manager to ensure smooth student enrollment into the program.
- Cultivates relationships with organizations to provide work-based learning opportunities for students.
- Ensures all program documentation is maintained and compliant with policies.
- Participates in student panels to support students' goals and develop personalized plans.
- Orders materials and resources as needed to support the program.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration or public health.
- Or an associate degree and four years of experience in a related field.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret data and analyze its use within educational programs.
