Job Title: RSO Dispatch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled RSO Dispatch Manager to join our team at Rehrig Pacific Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Over-the-Road Drivers and Yard Drivers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Develop and implement efficient transportation schedules and routes, taking into account regional traffic knowledge, truck routes, scales, and load weight restrictions.
  • Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager, White Wood Sales team, and Logistics Analysts to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, including driver hours of service, load weights, and pre-trip inspections.
  • Provide administrative support, including entering POs into the JDE system and ensuring up-to-date schedules are available on SharePoint.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in transportation as a dispatcher.
  • JDE Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience preferred.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to make quick adjustments to meet scheduling changes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external customers and drivers.
