Role: Functional Architect Location: NY/NJ Experience: 10 + Years Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 & 125,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Lead with a strong background in BY Supply Chain Execution BY Warehouse Management (Discrete) BY WMS (Dispatcher). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both the Industrial and Process Manufacturing Industries with a proven track record of leading successful projects within these domains. This role requires a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant. Job Description: · Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives in Supply Chain Execution and Warehouse Management ensuring alignment with business goals. · Oversee the integration of BY WMS solutions optimizing warehouse operations and enhancing efficiency. · Conduct comprehensive Salesforce Testing using Tosca to ensure seamless functionality and user experience. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues in manufacturing processes. · Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data analytics and industry best practices in Supply Chain Management. · Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within budget and timelines. · Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders including project updates and strategic recommendations. · Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that support Industrial and Process Manufacturing objectives. · Mentor and guide team members fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. · Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in Supply Chain Execution and Warehouse Management. Qualifications: · Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Execution Warehouse Management and Salesforce Testing with Tosca. · Strong understanding of the Industrial and Process Manufacturing Industries is required. · Demonstrated ability to lead projects to successful completion meeting time and budget constraints. · Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills are essential. · Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management is crucial. · Ability to adapt to changing environments and embrace new challenges. · Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence. · Certification in relevant supply chain or project management methodologies is highly desirable.
