The Mobile Maintenance Specialist is responsible for addressing the comprehensive maintenance requirements of a residential community. This role necessitates collaboration with the team on preventative maintenance initiatives and special projects. The technician will travel to various sites to fulfill the maintenance demands of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance across units and the property.
  • Possess expertise in at least two of the following trades: Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in additional skills such as drywall installation, carpentry, and painting.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Utilize reliable transportation for site visits.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with residents and vendors.
  • Utilize computer skills for managing and completing work orders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialized certifications, particularly in HVAC, are advantageous.
