Job Summary

Medica Services Company LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities to oversee and manage the company's owned and leased properties. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate and facilities management, with a proven track record of strategic leadership and effective management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all company buildings, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for facility operations and real estate management, balancing operational and financial priorities to optimize building usage and efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee annual capital budget for facility updates and improvements, identifying cost-saving measures and efficiencies in building usage and utility consumption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and other key stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison between the facilities team and senior management.
  • Monitor real estate market trends to inform decision-making on leases and property sales, evaluating opportunities for property sales or acquisitions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 or more years in a management role.
  • Experience with real estate and property management is highly desirable.
  • Advanced leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and make informed strategic decisions.
What We Offer

Medica Services Company LLC offers a competitive salary range of $108,400 - $185,900, with annual salary range placement dependent on a variety of factors. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation. We also offer a generous total rewards package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, paid volunteer time off, 401K contributions, caregiver services, and many other benefits to support our employees.
