Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Heritage Health Services. As a member of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents/patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents/patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident/patient condition to the Nurse Supervisor
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents/patients
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
  • Able to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and other center staff
  • Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents/patients and the elderly
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Meets all health requirements, as required by law
