Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team for a temporary role. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and accounting, with strong proficiency in data entry and familiarity with accounting software.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable with accuracy.
  • Manage phone calls professionally.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision.
  • Assist with accounts receivable.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Essential Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
  • $17.00 - $21.00 per hour.
  • Approximately 3 months commitment.
  • 20 hours per week.
