As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct and indirect support to individuals with behavioral health needs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide non-professional direct care to consumers in an inpatient, outpatient, or residential care setting.
- Participate in de-escalation activities and ensure the safety of consumers.
- Act as a role model for consumers, demonstrating effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Assist in providing recreational and therapeutic activities for consumers.
- Transport residents to and from medical appointments.
- Ensure scheduled programming is carried out.
- No experience required.
- Must be willing and able to fulfill job-related travel and have a valid driver's license.
- Must meet physical examination requirements, including occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and pushing/pulling a maximum force of 25 pounds.
