Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Supervisor for our territory, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our company as the leading snack provider by identifying new sales opportunities.

Collaboration and Growth
You will work closely with retail partners and our account teams to expand your territory by promoting our delightful brands. We expect you to adopt a data-driven approach to enhance your business performance. Operating within a warehouse delivery model, your goal will be to become the preferred partner in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: You will be responsible for selling, negotiating, and implementing business strategies in collaboration with key decision-makers.
- Data Utilization: By leveraging business intelligence tools, including analytical software, Excel, and PowerPoint, you will craft compelling sales narratives to boost performance for both your clients and Kellanova.
- Performance Metrics: You will ensure the achievement of critical metrics such as Point of Sale (POS) budgets, call coverage, and the maintenance of an optimal shelf strategy.
- Relationship Building: As a representative of Kellanova, you will introduce innovative ideas and solutions to navigate challenges and enhance sales within the grocery sector.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with essential technology skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong learning agility, problem-solving capabilities, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish, consistently meeting objectives without constant oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- A valid driver's license, as this role requires the use of a personal vehicle.

Physical Requirements
This position involves extended periods of walking, standing, bending, or lifting moderately heavy items, with or without reasonable accommodation. Flexibility in work hours may be required, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
