We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Renewable Strategy, a leading supplier of management and coordination services for windfarms in the US.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of logistical processes and a "safety mindset" with a high focus on Health, Safety, and Environment at work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration, monitoring, and tracking of tooling, equipment, and consumables
  • Providing technicians with equipment, tooling, and consumables lists daily
  • Supporting the Offshore Site Manager and team during projects
  • Attending loading of vessels as required
  • Accurate and timely completion of relevant paperwork
  • Arranging beds for crews and technicians as required
  • Helping to maximize the utilization of vessels
  • Coordinating manifests, crew lists, and rotations

Requirements:

  • Experience of working as an Operations/Logistics Coordinator onsite, ideally for 1+ year
  • Strong understanding of logistical processes
  • Safety mindset with a high focus on Health, Safety, and Environment at work
  • Efficient and proactive
  • Team player with problem-solving skills
  • MS Office including Excel
