Manufacturing Service Coordinator

At Staffmark Group, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Service Coordinator to join our team in Bedford, MA. This hybrid opportunity combines in-person work in our office with remote work from the comfort of your own home.
As a Manufacturing Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and adhering to department guidelines and processes. You will interact with distribution and planning personnel to provide product status updates and advise customers accordingly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders and ensuring accuracy
- Interacting with distribution and planning personnel
- Reviewing and processing Technical Support requests
- Coordinating with logistics team for shipping and returns
- Preparing customer quotations and reports
