ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Punctuality is essential to support production operations.
  • Good physical stamina and coordination are necessary.
  • Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods, frequently bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting.

  • Forklift experience is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills are required.
  • Familiarity with Google Forms and SAP is advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee inventory management: ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of products; loading shipments and maintaining documentation.
  • Plan, organize, and manage overall warehouse operations.
  • Review production schedules and communicate them to line drivers and operators.
  • Continuously strategize warehouse resources and activities in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas.
  • Collect and input data from the previous shift's Warehouse Coordinator into spreadsheets and SAP to accurately track production metrics.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Occasional sit-down forklift operation may be required.

PROFICIENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Meets physical job requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel

Compensation:

$17 - $17 per hour
