Job Overview
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced Multi-modality Technologist Supervisor to oversee the delivery and quality of imaging services in our Dallas, Texas facility. This role requires a strong background in supervisory experience, as well as MRI/CT credentials.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to promote a culture of service excellence and ensure consistent communication among staff members. Responsibilities will include overseeing staffing patterns, scheduling procedures, interviewing and counseling staff, and training new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the delivery and quality of imaging services meet established standards.
  • Supervise CT, MRI, and Radiology DX/Intraoperative areas.
  • Perform procedures as needed and maintain adequate staffing levels.
  • Schedule and monitor staffing patterns to meet clinical demands.
  • Interview, counsel, and evaluate staff performance.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as a Multi-modality Technologist.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography in two imaging modalities.
  • Ability to work 25% of the time in the second modality.
