Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the administration of radioactive materials and the operation of nuclear medicine equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer radioactive materials to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
- Operate nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and computers, to produce high-quality images
- Develop and implement procedures for the safe handling and disposal of radioactive materials
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results
Requirements:
- ARRT (N) / NMTCB certification
- BLS AHA certification
- New York state license
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in nuclear medicine
