Job Title: Project Controls Specialist II

Join our team as a Project Controls Specialist II and play a critical role in the implementation, training, and oversight of project controls practices for multiple projects across our operational groups.

Job Summary:

As a Project Controls Specialist II, you will be responsible for compiling job cost and/or planning reports for multiple projects, preparing project progress billings, and preparing client progress updates. You may also be required to travel to project sites and perform performance analysis and forecasting. Additionally, you will update and review change management, forecast, and progress updates in Viewpoint, support project management with project reporting requirements, and assist/train project management in the use of PM/Controls tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Compile job cost and/or planning reports for multiple projects
  • Prepare project progress billings
  • Prepare client progress updates
  • Travel to project sites as required
  • Perform performance analysis and forecasting
  • Update and review change management, forecast, and progress updates in Viewpoint
  • Support project management with project reporting requirements
  • Assist/train project management in the use of PM/Controls tools
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of related experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planning
