Job Title: Hearing Instrument Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and expertise in hearing aid products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional interaction with patients and physicians
  • Work with staff to meet or exceed office goals
  • Educate patients on their hearing issues and demonstrate compassion in helping improve the quality of life
  • Knowledgeable of different hearing aid products offering the latest technology and accessories
  • Host outreach events, marketing campaigns, and assist in growing the practice
Requirements:
  • Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences
  • Mastery and understanding of hearing aid products and services
  • Minimum of 1 year fitting and dispensing hearing products and providing patient care
  • Passion for helping people hear better
  • Expertise in helping patients choose amplification and providing aftercare
Benefits:
  • Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
  • Paid Time Off: 10 days of annual PTO granted January 1st (pro-rated for 1st year at time of hire)
  • 80 hours of Sick & Safe time annually
  • Eight (8) company holidays
