Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and office staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 2 years of professional nursing experience in the care of cardiology patients.
