About the Role

The Registered Nurse works collaboratively with physician, nurse practitioner, and/or physician assistant, and office staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy office practice.

As a key member of the healthcare team, the RN is responsible for performing a variety of duties, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and families.

The RN is accountable for the quality of care rendered and must demonstrate a commitment to excellence, compassion, and respect for patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy office practice
  • Collaborate with physician, nurse practitioner, and/or physician assistant, and office staff to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 2 years - Professional nursing experience in the care of cardiology patients
