Job Description

This role requires a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders in a school district in Kansas. Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions in individual and group settings, collaborating with teachers and parents, maintaining accurate records, and attending meetings to report on student progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A valid Georgia State SLP License is required.
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is necessary.
  • Prior experience in school-based settings is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
