Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical care to newborns, including resuscitation, intubation, and stabilization
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform procedures such as umbilical line placement, PIV insertion, and arterial blood draws
- Interpret x-rays and other diagnostic tests to inform patient care decisions
- Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
