About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Tesla, you will be responsible for leading a team of equipment maintenance technicians to ensure the availability and performance of our manufacturing equipment. You will develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all tools, machinery, and equipment used in the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of equipment maintenance technicians to ensure equipment availability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all tools, machinery, and equipment used in the manufacturing facility.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair on various electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Manage workload with a positive attitude as a hands-on team player in a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or Physical Science related field preferred or equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional abilities.
  • Strong preventive maintenance development experience, familiarity with reliability centered maintenance principles preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals.
  • Strong multi-craft skillset; Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electronics, and Mechanical experience.
  • PLC: troubleshooting Siemens or Allen Bradley.
