What You Have1+ years of experience in Client/Customer Service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management or a closely related field.
Although licensing is preferred, it is not a requirement for this position; CFA Institute will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or maintaining the necessary licenses.
Ability to address client needs with professionalism and sensitivity.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities concurrently.
Ability to cultivate and sustain effective cross-enterprise relationships.
Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and the rules governing client accounts.
May be required to become a Notary.
