We are looking for an individual with:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments.
  • A strong understanding of firewalls, access lists, NAT, PAT, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server.
  • Experience with virtual server technologies such as HyperV or VMware.
  • Familiarity with backup software and routing concepts, VLAN management, DNS, subnetting, and routing tables.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to colleagues with varying levels of expertise.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to embrace new technologies.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • VOIP systems
  • CCTV DVRs, HVRs, and NVRs
  • Analog and IP-based camera setup and configuration
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
  • Ubiquiti, Cisco, 3cx, Polycom, Yealink
