Customer Experience Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Manager to lead our Advanced Intracompany Services team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving customer experience, retention, and growth for strategic accounts.
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service across all products and services offered by CorVel.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless processes and meet customer expectations.
- Advocate for the Voice of the Customer (VoC) with technical expertise, strong relationship-building, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Five years of experience leading direct reports in customer-facing roles.
- Industry experience in Workers' Compensation is preferred.
What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Our salary range for this position is $50,593 - $81,593, depending on location and experience.
