Froster - Cake Decorator

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Froster is responsible for creating high-quality cakes that meet our guests' expectations. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow proprietary frosting recipe and application methods to achieve productivity goals.
- Work in a timed environment to meet production demands.
- Utilize measuring instruments, mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
- Prioritize cake pre-orders and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders.
- Maintain adequate supplies of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case.
- Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes.
- Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation, and wash equipment as needed.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and company policies.

- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant is a plus.
