Froster - Cake Frosting Specialist

The Nothing Bundt Cakes #128 Froster is responsible for creating high-quality cakes by following a proprietary recipe and applying standardized frosting techniques. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Follows the proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision and achieves productivity goals.
- Works in a timed environment to meet production demands.
- Utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
- Prioritizes cake pre-orders and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
- Maintains an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case and adheres to proper packaging, labeling, and storage standards.
- Monitors inventory of frosting supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.
- Evaluates baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and informs management of any quality control issues.
- Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks the workstation, ensuring frosting supplies are prepared for the next shift, and washes equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee.
- Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, based on changing business demands. Closed on Holidays and Close early. Great work hours that give you work/life balance.
