- Conduct thorough investigations of claims to gather facts and evidence
- Communicate with policyholders and other stakeholders to resolve claims
- Ensure that all claims are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex claims and ensure customer satisfaction
- 3+ years of experience in insurance claims handling or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
- Completion of the Insurance Institute of America's General Insurance Program or equivalent
- CPCU coursework or designation
