Job Description

Overview

As a key partner in our organization, the Business Manager oversees all aspects of financial management and provides balance to the partnership formed with the marketing and operational pieces of our business. You'll enjoy performance-based promotions and big earning potential as you climb the management ladder. Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis
  • Work closely with rental branches and other departments
  • Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
  • Involved with accounts payable and receivable functions; cash receipts and petty cash
  • Assist in accounting schedules and filing
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be a college student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with an Accounting or Finance Major
  • Must be a senior or rising senior, graduating between August 2025 and May 2026
  • Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years)
  • Must have a valid US driver's license for one year
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be able to start at the end of May 2025
  • Must be able to commit to a 40 hour work week
  • Must be able to commit to 12 weeks
  • Must be living within a 1 hour commute of Linthicum, MD for the summer
