Senior Sourcing Manager, Store Development, Fixtures

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Manager to join our Store Development team at Sephora USA, Inc. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and process improvements across our retail fixtures and construction services categories.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and process improvements across retail fixtures and construction services categories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Store Development and Finance teams
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Develop and manage complex contracts, including RFIs, RFPs, and negotiations with suppliers
- Monitor and report on supplier performance, including cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and supplier capabilities
- 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a focus on retail fixtures and construction services
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Advanced analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and contract lifecycle management software
Sephora USA, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $147,000.00 - $155,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
