Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at V2X. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in supporting our government customer based in Springfield, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuration and Development: Perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow instances and business processes.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on requirement fulfillment.
  • Workflow Creation and Custom Application Development: Create workflows for service operations and management processes and design, develop, and build custom applications to provide support to end-users.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 or more years of progressive hands-on experience administering Enterprise IT operations in one or more technical areas, including networking, storage, availability, server management, desktop management, systems administration, software development, cybersecurity, engineering, and/or architecture.
  • ServiceNow Experience: 3 or more years of direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification.
  • Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in working experience on the NOW platform on the Madrid release or newer, designing and developing custom scope applications and ServiceNow core applications, gathering requirements, analyzing existing workflows or processes, and delivering appropriate solutions with the ServiceNow platform.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Romeo Platform: Experience with the Romeo platform or newer is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced ServiceNow Certifications: Advance ServiceNow certifications, such as the Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Programming Skills: Knowledge of Javascript, XML, and JSON.
  • Agile Software Development: Experience with Agile software development.
  • ITILv4 Intermediate Certification: ITILv4 Intermediate certification(s) or strong background in application/service delivery.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint.
Education and Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree from an accredited University; OR
  • ServiceNow Certifications: One or more SNOW certifications, such as the ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator Certification.
Security Clearance Requirements
  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance: This position will require an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance. The position will require the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
