Job Overview

At Andwell Health Partners, we're seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee personnel records, serving as the point of contact for employee inquiries, and championing employee engagement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
  • Provide exceptional support and coordination to various facets of HR operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, including automation and technology.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in HR.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
