Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing human resources support to assigned divisions, collaborating with HR Business Partners to enhance policies, processes, and programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in human capital programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains a general understanding of HR benefits, programs, and policies, and answers questions and provides resources to employees and managers.
  • Responds to inquiries on internal equity, partnering with managers to review and analyze data, and makes recommendations on salary adjustments.
  • Assists with implementation of Employee Engagement surveys, including analyzing results and preparing presentations for assigned business units.
  • Develops onboarding plans and materials for new leaders, partnering with the business and HRBPs.
  • Evaluates and approves Workday tasks from assigned business units and supports organizational re-design and workforce adjustments.
  • Assists with planning, deck creation, and facilitation of calibration sessions, succession, and talent review meetings.
  • Conducts exit interviews, analyzes exit survey data, and provides Workday support, including processing WFAs, auditing year-end data, and generating reports and dashboards.
