About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Graviton Solutions Architect to join our team in the Public Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of go-to-market strategies for AWS' Graviton and Core Compute Services in the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the voice of the customer, bringing customer feedback to product teams to inform our product roadmap.
  • Provide advanced technical knowledge to customers and AWS teams to unblock customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
  • Collaborate with GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing to execute local technical events, campaigns, and customer engagements.
  • Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
  • Guide and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts aligned to your customers, creating field enablement materials for the broader SA population.
About the Team

Our team is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.

We work backwards from our customers' most complex and business-critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses.
