Process Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Process Improvement Specialist. As a key member of our sales organization, you will work closely with auto dealers to onboard and train them on our products and processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to create and modify processes while collaborating with forward-thinking leadership to influence results. This will involve working closely with key auto dealer stakeholders to educate and gain buy-in for the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution.

Main Tasks:

  • To create and modify processes to improve the efficiency of our sales operations

  • To onboard and train dealerships onto different programs, with follow-up meetings to ensure product and process understanding

  • To assist in the creation of training and onboarding materials and processes for dealerships

  • To troubleshoot product and process issues that may arise during the onboarding process

  • To drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes

  • To provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the Sales organization

Key Skills:

High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 1 year of experience in Process Management

At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management
