Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions for new initiatives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Kaizen framework and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, strategy, project management, vendor management, or relevant outsourcing engagements.
