Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects our investment in attracting and retaining top talent in the field of RPA.

Job Description:
RPA Tools Expertise:
• Proficient in Power Automate Desktop and Automation Anywhere for designing, developing, and deploying robust RPA solutions using these tools.

Technical Skills:
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, .NET, or Java for building and configuring bots to automate processes.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like VBScript, JavaScript, or PowerShell for debugging, testing, and maintaining RPA solutions.
• Understanding of APIs and web services (REST/SOAP) for integrating systems and automating business processes.

Process Analysis and Design:
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using process optimization techniques.
• Experience in creating process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).

Development and Testing:
• Ability to build and configure bots to automate processes efficiently.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and maintaining RPA solutions with version control systems like Git.

Certifications (Preferred):
• Certifications in Power Automate and/or Automation Anywhere for advanced RPA skills.
