About the Role

SysMind Tech is seeking a highly skilled Automation Testing Specialist to join our team. As an expert in test engineering, you will be responsible for validating test methods, analyzing data using statistical methods, and writing comprehensive engineering reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new test methods for existing or new requirements.
  • Analyze test data using statistical methods and create detailed engineering reports.
  • Perform Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) analyses on test methods.
  • Design, perform, and interpret GR&Rs.
  • Run various software validations.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in test engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
