Key Responsibilities
  • **Facilities Maintenance:**
    • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
    • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
    • Conduct regular safety checks to identify and address potential hazards.
  • **Grounds Maintenance:**
    • Maintain the exterior of our facilities, including landscaping, snow removal, and trash disposal.
    • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets.
  • **Inventory Management:**
    • Manage and maintain inventory of custodial supplies and equipment.
    • Order supplies and materials as needed.
  • **Communication and Collaboration:**
    • Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure seamless operations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues.
Requirements
  • **Education:**
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • **Experience:**
