Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in our manufacturing operations and facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Use precision measuring instruments and electrical testing devices to troubleshoot issues
  • Assemble, install, and repair wiring and electrical components
  • Plan and lay out repair work using diagrams and blueprints
  • Examine work orders and converse with equipment operators to detect and diagnose equipment malfunctions
  • Coordinate efforts with other workers involved in installing or maintaining equipment or components
  • Maintain equipment logs and inventory of spare parts

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance setting
  • Extensive experience with industrial power tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of electrical controls and basic machining practices
  • Ability to work in a team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Physical ability to handle heavy items and work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment
