Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our team at SPECTRAFORCE. This role requires a strong background in telecommunications and the ability to work independently on complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain telecommunications systems and equipment
  • Analyze trouble reports and perform maintenance or provide recommendations for problem correction
  • Coordinate and plan telecommunication work with various departments and customer groups
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond effectively to diverse demands
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in telecommunications applications
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems and equipment
  • Ability to analyze trouble reports and perform maintenance or provide recommendations for problem correction
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fusion fiber splicing ability
  • Knowledge of spectrum analyzers and power meters for RF
  • Knowledge of ethernet test sets for layer 1 and 2 testing and TDM testing of DS1's
