  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to foster a positive shopping experience.

  • Communicate clearly with management and Associates regarding priorities and updates.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs for Associates.
  • Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support the promotion of credit and loyalty initiatives.
  • Participate in store shrink reduction efforts.
  • Foster a safe shopping environment by promoting safety awareness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong knowledge of merchandising techniques.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to changes and unexpected situations.
  • Team-oriented, working collaboratively with peers and supervisors.
  • Experience in training others.
  • Minimum of 1 year in retail and 6 months in a leadership role.
