Role Overview

As a Senior Systems Architect, you will be responsible for the design and enhancement of system architectures to ensure they align with client specifications. This includes the creation of necessary documentation and design packages. The successful candidate will also engage in product and capability evaluations to confirm compliance with established standards and requirements. You will collaborate with a dedicated, mission-oriented team that maintains regular interactions with users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate advanced skills in System Engineering and Administration for both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Possess knowledge of NetApp and VMware technologies.
  • Have familiarity with networking devices from Cisco and Juniper.
  • Utilize Visio or similar diagramming tools for documentation purposes.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (such as Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, or Engineering Management) from an accredited institution. Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED accompanied by ten (10) years of general system engineering experience is acceptable. Candidates with a Master's degree in a relevant field plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience, or a PhD in a relevant discipline with two (2) years of systems engineering experience, will also be considered.

Additionally, a minimum of six (6) years of experience in systems engineering is required.

Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is mandatory for consideration.
