Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in quarterly portfolio valuation reviews and impairment testing processes
  • Develop and maintain relevant reports to support risk management and decision-making
  • Perform stress testing and scenario analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Provide input into the development and articulation of Group Risk Appetite
Requirements
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a quantitative or financial discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in risk management, private equity, and venture investments
  • Excellent analytical and risk assessment skills, including historical, statistical, and financial modeling
  • Advanced understanding of market risks, including rates, spreads, FX, equity, and commodity price risk
  • Excellent understanding of company financials, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows
  • Understanding of private equity asset class and venture equity valuation
  • Understanding of credit risk concepts and risk and capital concepts
  • Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and working knowledge of Bloomberg
  • Programming skills in Python or R

  • Ability to review and challenge senior business partners in deal review and portfolio monitoring settings
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with frequent interaction across business and control functions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Flexibility to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to meet deadlines

We offer a competitive salary range of $141,440.00 - $212,160.00, as well as discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
