About the Role:
As the Nurse Manager, you will oversee operations across multiple locations, including West Palm Beach, Weston, Fort Lauderdale, and Martin. This leadership position involves direct patient interaction and staff supervision, contributing to the growth and strategic initiatives of the Concierge Medicine program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing care delivery for non-hospitalized patients within designated departments.
- Collaborate with various departments to uphold patient care standards based on evidence-based practices.
- Engage in clinical nursing research and support Cleveland Clinic's research initiatives.
- Identify and address challenges impacting care delivery.
- Manage unit operations by assessing staffing needs and monitoring productivity.
- Supervise staff performance, including evaluations and the hiring process.
- Develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and promote professional development.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, enhancing patient care delivery.
- Participate in budget development and monitor expenditures.
- Direct unit involvement in evaluating new healthcare products.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Extensive clinical expertise in the relevant specialty area.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is mandatory.
- Preferred nursing certification in the specialty area.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.

Experience:
