Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our culinary team at the Jonathan Club. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Ensure exceptional culinary experience for members through food presentation and preparation
- Take leadership role during the absence of the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and requirements
- Assist in planning and preparing quality service for the food and beverage production department
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality
- Great personal hygiene and grooming standards
- Ability to communicate, read, and write clearly and effectively
- High school education or diploma in culinary required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Minimum one to five years of previous experience in a high-volume kitchen or full-service hotel
