Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Initiatives: Direct all marketing efforts to attract potential residents. Conduct property tours and engage prospects with enthusiasm, highlighting key features of the community.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years in a supervisory role.
  • At least four years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves extensive computer and phone usage, as well as regular standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
