Senior Case Manager Lead

We are looking for a skilled Case Manager to join our team at AGG Legal Staffing.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a personal injury law firm, fluency in Spanish, and a basic understanding of the Injury Claims process and Medical Terminology.
- Initial and ongoing client contact
- Requesting medical records and scheduling medical appointments
- Managing client medical care and opening/closing files
- Calendaring events and resolving PD and loss of use
- Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution
- Preparing files to submit to demand writers
We offer a team environment, investment in technology, a challenging case load, and a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and 1 day remote.
What We're Looking for:
- Experience in a personal injury law firm
