Case Management Supervisor

Catholic Charities of Los Angeles is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Management Supervisor to join our team. As a senior-level position, this role requires a Master's degree in Social Work and a strong background in case management.
The Case Management Supervisor will oversee a team of case workers, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to unaccompanied immigrant children. This position will also carry a personal caseload and be responsible for ensuring compliance with ORR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight to case management services
- Supervise, assign, and evaluate the work of assigned caseworkers
- Review and approve reports and paperwork
- Represent the Family Reunification Program in the region
- Collaborate with LIRS HS/PRS Regional Coordinator and Program Director
- Ensure staff compliance with ORR and CCLA policies and procedures
- Submit detailed documentation and reports
- Assess client needs and abilities
- Link clients to community resources and services
- Record client information
- Display cultural sensitivity and awareness
- Compile monthly statistics
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Fluency in Spanish required
- Frequent travel required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
